Junior Linkster Tour Canada / Little Masters International Championship Terms and Condition of Use

I, as the parent or legal guardian for the player or person under eighteen years of age accepting my own responsibility, hereby release the Host Facility, Junior Linkster Tour Canada and the Little Masters™ Golf, its officers, directors, employees, agents, sponsors and principals from any and all liability for any event. In case of emergency during a tournament, I authorize a qualified medical doctor to take all necessary measures in the treatment of the above mentioned tournament participant.

I further agree that my junior golfer will abide by any regulations of this membership at all times including the Code of Conduct. I also will encourage my junior golfer and myself to study the Rules of Golf of the Royal Canadian Golf Association, Canadian Junior Golf Association and US Golf Association. I understand that by not following the Code of Conduct and rules, my membership is subject to revocation without refund. I further agree that I will not hold Junior Linkster Tour Canada and the Little Masters™ Golf, its officers, volunteers, tour officials, agents, sponsors or principals responsible in any way, for accidents or injuries which may occur to me while participating in any event staged by Junior Linkster Tour Canada and the Little Masters™ Golf that I may enter. Also I agree that if for any reason that my JLTC membership is revoked by JLTC committee, JLTC has the rights reserved to invoice me for JLTC its staff and third party sponsors services, time and labour on every tournament that me and my child were in. I further agree to allow Junior Linkster Tour Canada and the Little Masters™ Golf to use any pictures of myself/my child taken in Junior Linkster Tour Canada and the Little Masters™ Golf events to be used in any Junior Linkster Tour Canada and the Little Masters™ Golf literature, public relations or promotional material.
